Setting up your SmartWatch Monitoring system
1. For the computer(s) you want to monitor

The SmartReporter™ monitoring server installs to the computer you want to monitor and reports the computer's vital signs back to you.
2. For viewing the status of your computers

The SmartMonitor™ client installs on any Windows, Mac, or Linux computer that you want to monitor your SmartReporter servers from.
3. Log in to your SmartWatch Control Center
The Control Center is where you set up your preferences and alert settings. Access it at any time by logging in or clicking above.
Step 1:
Install the SmartReport software on any critical computer system you wish to monitor. Up to 200 computers.
Step 2:
Install the SmartMonitor software on any PC that you want to use to monitor computers that have the SmartReporter software installed. Please note the SmartMonitoring software is optional. This software is only used to check the status of your critical computers. It is not required for your email and text message alert notifications to function.
Step 3:
Sign on to our Control Center and set up your custom email and text messaging alert notifications.
SamrtWatch™ is built on Adobe® AIR™, a lightweight framework based on Flash made to deliver powerful applications seamlessly to your computer right from your web browser.
When you click one of the install buttons above, Flash will download the Adobe® AIR™ framework if necessary and then automatically begin installing your application.
