Custom Interface Development
We are interested in developing custom interfaces with third party software suppliers for specialized monitoring services. A good example is our partnership with EZWatch Pro. They provide a PC based video surveillance system used worldwide. Their customers needed a reliable way to monitor the status of their remotely located video surveillance recorders. SmartWatch was the perfect answer, but EZWatch Pro (the company) also wanted to verify their software was recording and processing alerts. This led to the EZWatch Pro add-on module. It is design specifically to interface and monitor the EZWatch Pro software performance as well as the computers performance.
